Tent Rental Notes
All of our tents are staked into the ground, we do not use weights for our tents.

Set up Surface: All tent prices are based on installation on grass. Any other surface must be pre-approved and requires an additional charge. We DO NOT set up on concrete.

Accessibility: Our crew must be able to drive within 10 feet of the setup location to unload equipment and operate our generator.

Underground Utilities: Any underground utilities near the setup area must be marked by OUPS. We will contact OUPS to arrange marking, but please note that we cannot guarantee their scheduling or arrival times.

Decorations: Decorations may be attached to the tent using pipe cleaners only. Any damage caused by decorations or attachment methods will be billed to the lessee. Please do not use double-sided tape or staples on the tables.
